Kimberly Harris

Kimberly Harris is a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern currently studying at the University of Kentucky, with over 30 years of experience working with children and families in caregiving, advocacy, and community-based settings.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado Mesa University and has specialized training in Cognitive Behvioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, sandtray, and play-based interventions.

Kimberly has served as both a CASA volunteer advocate and Program Director, supporting children and families impacted by abuse and neglect. As a foster and adoptive parent, she brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach focused on meeting families where they are.
