Expectant Parents

Congratulations! Please call our office to schedule a complimentary prenatal (meet-and-greet) visit. At this visit, you will have the opportunity to meet one provider from our practice, learn more about Altitude Pediatrics, and have your questions answered prior to your baby’s arrival.

Upon delivery, let the delivery team know that you have chosen Altitude Pediatrics as your pediatric office. If you deliver at St. Mary’s Medical Center, they will notify our office of your baby’s arrival. The provider on call will visit you and your newborn at the hospital. If you deliver at Community Hospital, a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will see your newborn and have you arrange a first visit with our office within the first few days after birth. If you deliver elsewhere, please call our office within the first 48 hours to discuss scheduling an appointment.

After your baby has arrived, please complete the Newborn Packet so we can ensure we have the most accurate information when building your child’s chart. You may also review our newborn patient policies and explore the resources below!
